Through our helpdesk system you have easy access straight to our professional Support team who are ready to help with any needs or questions that you have. Whether you contact us through email, phone or directly via our website, we are ready to assist. With the tools and procedures we have in place, we can often do all our diagnosis and resolution remotely saving you time and getting your systems running sooner.

Onsite Support

Not everything can be fixed remotely – sometimes an onsite visit is required. For our Managed IT plans, there are usually no additional charges for onsite support. For others there will be some charges involved. However we aim to keep these costs down by doing all we can to minimise the time we spend there.

Payment Options

Services such as these are never free. AxinITe can offer you a range of options when it comes to paying for our services. Direct deposit, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and even PayPal can be used. If none of these appeal, you are welcome to pay via a Bank Cheque to our business address.
