Monitored – Keeps a close watch on the most important functions of your IT systems. If an issue is detected or proactive support is required, AxinITe will notify you with the details needed to resolve it. And when it comes to deciding who will fix it, YOU can choose whether to use your preferred IT Support group or AxinITe. Confidence AND Freedom of Choice – a great combination.

We not only just monitor event logs and performance criteria on your systems. We can also track the hardware and software status of your devices. We can assist with Inventory Control – ensuring all your IT equipment is at equivocal levels. And there is Asset Management – tracking details like the end of warranty or leasing plans associated with your equipment. All available to assist you to manage your IT assets effectively.
Even the state of your Anti-Virus or Backup programs can be tracked with alerts including immediate emails to let you know when something isn’t quite right. And when that happens, we have secure and direct remote access to allow us to resolve your issues – often without the need to visit your site.

Through our remote monitoring agents, you have a taskbar icon giving you direct access to us. From it you can link straight to our website, raise tickets on issues you are concerned about or simply seek us out for advice or guidance. It’s all possible straight from your systems to ours without the need for emails or phone calls.
Client Portal.
As part of our Managed IT services, we will provide you with regular reports showing the health of your IT systems. In addition to our standard suite of reports, you also have access directly into our Data Centre system where you can access additional reporting or update your client details.

Services such as these are never free. AxinITe can offer you a range of options when it comes to paying for our services. Direct deposit, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and even PayPal can be used. If none of these appeal, you are welcome to pay via a Bank Cheque to our business address.
