What area do you cover with your services?
Advances in technology are bridging the geographical distances that used to restrict us. Through the Internet we can reach across cities and even countries. However there are times where onsite services can’t be avoided. Predominately we operate to the east and south of Brisbane. Onsite services beyond this area may entail some additional charges. If any are applicable, we will outline those costs to you right from the start so you can be assured there will be no unexpected charges added later.
What hours do you operate?
Our staff are available at all hours via email to our helpdesk. Support provided outside of normal business hours may incur surcharges if the work is not deemed to be critical to your business. Some tasks may need to be scheduled after hours to suit your work needs or availability. In these cases, we will discuss it with you prior to the event so you are aware of any extra costs that may be involved. Our phone line is always monitored regardless of the time of day or night. There will be periods when we may be busy on other projects so we will return your call as soon as we can if we’re not in a position to take your call immediately.

The simplest way to tell others is to direct them to this website where they can find out all they need to know and how to contact us. Or if you prefer, pass on their details and we can contact them directly. If you are really impressed with us, we do have some other steps you can take to help promote us. Contact us via the helpdesk and we can let you know about them.
I need a new “…something…”! Do I need to meet you in person to discuss my requirements?
Certainly not. If you have a reasonable idea of what you’re after or you just want to discuss what might be best for you, we can handle this over the phone or via emails. Often though, there is nothing better than to meet in person – especially if this is your first time dealing with us.
MY PC has died! I need it running now! How quickly can you be here?
We may be able to offer some direction right then over the phone. If it’s a serious issue though then it comes down to location and the time of day. If you are close and if we are available immediately, we can be there fairly quickly. However getting there is one thing and there is no guarantee we will be able to fix it right there and then. Unfortunately it will take time to diagnose the problem and may require specific parts to repair it. The best we can do is assess the situation and give you an estimate of what it will take to resolve the issue.
Despite your claims, we are just not satisfied with your actions. Who can we complain to?
We would be extremely disappointed if this was the case however we accept that there may be times where the outcomes do not match our preferred standards of customer service or technical expertise. In all cases, we would like the opportunity to discuss these issues with you with the hope of reaching an agreement that will resolve this amicably. We will always strive to meet your expectations in a fashion that you find acceptable.
